Hello,
I participated in a similar project before the war.
It won't be possible to do it in one stage.
Regarding my fee, you will receive at the output:
an electrical schematic, a controller diagram, files for manufacturing the board, a parts list,
a prototype, parts and installation services are paid separately;
then the first sample comes to me, I write test software for it, and send it to you. You connect it, give remote access, resolve any issues, and we close this project.
Stage 2 concerns the actual business logic and goes beyond the scope of the current project.
