Есть готовый Front End + Back End. Написано на HTML+CSS, Java Script , Vue. JS.
Все это дело теперь нужно запустить.
Пишите пожалуйста сразу контретные действия, чтобы было понятно что вы разбираетесь. Т.к. есть негативный опыт с исполнителем.

Покупаете домен, покупаете хостинг, обычно покупая хостинг, вам предлагают и доменное имя иногда в подарок, иногда за доплату. Если хотите бесплатонго хостинга, можете и на Github залить, но тогда нужно будет где-то покупать домен и настраивать DNS соединения) Надеюсь это всё прозвучало убедительно.
