- All forms on the live version of the site replaced with Contact Form 7.

Access to the admin panel or hosting is needed, I will provide it after agreement.
Execution plan
1. Preparation stage

- Create a full backup of the site (files + database), provide confirmation.
- Set up a staging version on a subdomain or local server for testing.
- Confirm the use of staging and backups to protect the main site.
2. Main work
- Install and configure the Contact Form 7 plugin
- Develop forms in Contact Form 7 that correspond to the current ones (fields, success/error messages).
- Localize the texts of the technical messages of the forms.
- Integration into the theme:
- Replace the code of old forms with Contact Form 7 shortcodes.
- Ensure correct display of forms on all pages (including responsiveness).
- Adapt CSS to maintain the site design.
3. Testing and replacing the current version of the site
- Testing in the staging environment:
- Check the functionality of the forms (submission, messages).
- Ensure correct display in browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
- Test responsiveness (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Check that changes did not affect other elements of the site (menu, footer, etc.).
- Transfer to the main site:
- Upload the verified version to hosting after test approval.
- Ensure that SEO, speed, and functionality of the site are preserved.
- Make adjustments from the marketer who will set up message sending within 24 hours after the update.
- Backup plan:
- Keep the backup until stability is confirmed.
- Ensure quick recovery of the site in case of problems.
