Javascript and Typescript — incorrectly specified categories?

Добрый день!

Суть вопроса. Есть fillable PDF. Одно из полей должно содержать проценты. Но стандартная функция Акробата выводит проценты странным образом. То есть нужен код javascript для этого поля, чтобы при наборе чисел он выводил их в формате 999.99 или 99.99 , и автоматически ставил знак "%" в конце.

Скидывайте, пожалуйста, свои предложения с указанием сроков и цены.
