В самой конфигурации 1С в карточке контрагента добавить реквизиты которые необходимы для заполнения шаблонов в word(e)
Шаблоны документов будут отправлены исполнителю.

Есть шаблон *.dot в ворде. В него вносим в нужные места переменные из 1С после чего программно сохраняем в формате документа word *.doc или *.docx. Если нужно могу краткий видео обзор записать как примерно это выглядит.
