A YouTube (Google Ads) advertising campaign needs to be set up to promote a music video of a Ukrainian original song. At least 10,000 views are required. Interested in setting up the campaign with optimization for views and increasing the target audience. Experience in promoting music videos or music releases is preferred. About the product (briefly). A service that searches for jobs on behalf of a person: specify your profession + add a resume — AI collects fresh job vacancies tailored for you (web + Telegram bot). Freemium model: basic search for free, extended access — paid subscription. Formulate a target audience hypothesis: who is the most likely payer, segments, pain points, messages for them. Propose an engagement plan: channel(s), formats, 2–3 creative options for testing (all creatives and external settings are handled by the performer). Formulate the user journey with templates for making changes to the product (the client makes edits on the product side). Set up and launch advertising according to the approved algorithm. We have a few apps that we need to set up ads for (and there will be more in the future). Firstly, we need to set up some low-budget campaigns to see which channel works better (ASA, Facebook ads, TikTok, Google ads, etc.), and then push that channel. We need a person who has expertise in mobile ad campaign setup and knows how to implement the process from scratch, monitor it, and improve; knows the specifics of mobile app marketing - it's critical for us.
