Hello. We need to evaluate the layout and development of a new NIKOLAB website on WordPress.
Current website: nikolab.com.ua
Design of the new website in Figma: https://www.figma.com/design/P1M0q6doMJI3H3wux2EoqX/Nikolab?node-id=0-1&p=f&t=2yLeg0mdiu6zzmNu-0
Task: implement the website according to the ready design in Figma, transfer all content from the old website, translate it into Ukrainian, maintain the URL structure, and minimize SEO traffic drop after launch.
Main requirements:
WordPress
The website must be implemented on WordPress. A template can be used if it does not restrict the implementation of the design and functionality. All main blocks must be editable through the admin panel.
Page volume
All pages and templates available in Figma need to be implemented. Please assess the number of unique templates yourself after reviewing the design.
Content transfer
All content from the old website nikolab.com.ua needs to be transferred. The content must be translated into Ukrainian. The filling after launch will be done by our internal team, but the structure must be convenient for editing.
Admin panel
The admin panel must have sections that are easy to edit:
laboratory tests;
checkups / packages;
promotions;
departments;
doctors / experts;
news / blog;
FAQ;
banners;
forms;
SEO metadata.
Laboratory tests catalog
The laboratory tests catalog must be pulled from the LIMS TerraLab via API. The research page must contain all data provided in the design: price, execution time, biomaterial, preparation, description, related studies, the ability to add to the cart, etc.
Search and filters
The existing search on the website/researches needs to be transferred. Filters should be implemented according to the design in Figma.
Cart, orders, and payment
The functionality of the cart, pre-order, and online payment needs to be implemented according to the design and logic provided in Figma.
Integration with TerraLab
The website needs to be integrated with LIMS TerraLab. TerraLab must transmit via API:
The order status does not need to be pulled.
The API documentation is available in TerraLab. A programmer from TerraLab can provide additional information, but the implementation of the integration on the website side is the contractor's responsibility.
Personal account / results
A personal account for the patient is needed. Authorization is by phone number. The block with laboratory test results must work through the ready solution from TerraLab.
Departments
The departments section must be editable through the admin panel. All elements provided in the design need to be implemented: address, schedule, photo, map, link to Google Maps, filters, promotions, status of operation, etc.
Forms
The following forms need to be implemented:
Subscription is not needed.
Requests from forms must be sent to TerraLab.
It is necessary to separately suggest whether to use anti-spam protection, which one, and what the pros/cons for conversion might be.
SEO
SEO is critically important. It is necessary to preserve the current organic traffic as much as possible.
Requirements:
preserve existing URLs;
transfer SEO meta from the current website;
preserve or correctly transfer title, description, H1, canonical, alt, microdata;
set up sitemap.xml;
set up robots.txt;
check indexing;
avoid page duplicates;

set up 301 redirects if necessary;
prepare the website for minimal SEO drop after launch.
Analytics
It is necessary to connect:
GA4;
Google Tag Manager;
Meta Pixel;
Google Ads conversions;
Microsoft Clarity;
Binotel;
eSputnik.
Events to be transmitted:

connected analytics;
SEO settings;
instructions for working with the admin panel;
documentation for integrations;
