Смотрите... 3д модель это геометрическая серая конструкция которая являеться основой для следующих задач.
Визуализация - это когда серую 3д модель "раскрашиваю" в нужных местах, накладывают материалы и в итоге это потом становиться похоже на настоящую фотографию ...
