А что именно изготовить собираетесь, если не секрет? Код в десяток строк для самой анимации написать ведь несложно - здесь гораздо больше работы будет со сменой фона на прозрачный и особенно с приведением всех рисунков к общей системе отсчета, чтоб "дрожание" не допустить...

там изначально лист с прозрачностью, нужно тольок персонажа собрать в анимацию

Если фон уже прозрачный - это чудесно! А с точками отсчета координат как? Отдельных изображений персонажа нет, все на одном листе? Нужно этот лист на куски резать, а общего ориентира типа дерева или поверхности земли для точного совмещения вырезок нет ведь...
