1 Part "Nozzle" Make it the same from plastic, preferably for 110-140 degrees. For convenience. This is an attachment for a mixer for a 2-component sealant. We will glue it with adhesive, these mixers are disposable. No fixation is needed. If necessary, I can send or deliver such a nozzle in Kyiv.
The diameter of the nozzle (mounting place) is 8 mm. The length of the nozzle (mounting place 12 mm) then narrows to 5 mm with a turn of 110-140 degrees and a straight part of 15 mm.
For demonstration: Photo 1 is just a new mixer, the nozzle on which the attachment will fit.

2 Part "Hermetic inlet". The photo will be shared; this is a hermetic underwater housing. The cable entry is visible there. The printed form serves as a mold for pouring the sealant. It should consist of 2 parts, a tongue and groove connection. The shape is conical. Two flat areas for ties. We will also tie the mold with ties, nothing needs to be invented. The pouring hole is 6 mm at the base of the cone. The cone has a base of 40 mm and 12 mm at the sharp end. The height of the cone is 100 mm. The pouring hole is at the base. 1 mm in the middle of the flange for gluing.

3 Part Charging port. The idea is the same as in part 2. But it is a static element, so the basic shape is cylindrical. Base 35 mm, top 26 mm, height 7 mm. The part is also detachable with 2 halves. At the base, there is a pouring hole of 6 mm, internal flanges of 1 mm for glue. Just before pouring the sealant, we will glue it to the steel to hold it.

4 Part Air port (auto nipple) The same cylinder. Top with an 8 mm hole, base 25 mm, height 12 mm. Pouring hole 6 mm.

5 Part Cover for control buttons. The most complex shape. On top, a square 80 by 80 mm with a hole in the center of 40 by 40 mm. But from the bottom, there is asymmetry; I hope it is clear from the photo. One edge is 8 mm from the edge of 80 mm. The other three are 20 mm from the edge of 80 mm. Around the hole of 40*40 mm, a cap needs to be created to cover the buttons from accidental pressing. I would simply add a rim of 3-4 mm and a cap that fits tightly. Height of the buttons. 8 mm height from the top edge of 80 by 80 mm to the bottom (where the asymmetry is) 17 mm. I hope the photos help to understand. There are photos with buttons and a caliper.
