The host restored everything to its place and they started working.
After that, I updated WordPress and updated the plugins.
It is also necessary to connect MySQL 8 (currently 7), but for that, the Polylang Slug plugin (https://github.com/grappler/polylang-slug) needs to be manually updated, it is at 0.2.1, the latest version that supports MySQL 8 is 0.2.3. This is for two websites.
I cannot access the admin panel of the third website, it shows an error (the website itself is working). This needs to be fixed.
