Мне конечно кажется вам такое лучше спрашивать где то на форуме типо советчицы, но всё-таки расскажу как своему делал, на обычный Ютуб и на плей маркет поставил пароль(любое приложение из плей маркета так и называется пароль на приложение) скачал Ютуб для детей, выбрал рекомендации под позраст, когда проскакивали не желательные видео, просто блокировал канал, через пару дней остались только нормальные мультфильмы.
