We are looking for not just a designer of "pretty pictures," but a partner who will build a complete visual preview system for a YouTube channel.About the Channel Channel: "LIVING RELATIONSHIPS" Topics: relationship psychology, family, men and women, parenting, loneliness, midlife crisis Goal: not to create viral videos, but to build a library of hundreds of videos where all previews work as a single system and enhance trust in the brand, rather than being clickbait.What Needs to Be Done Your task is to develop a YouTube Brand Book for previews and a system from which we can independently generate dozens/hundreds of covers in the future.
Minimum scope of work: Development of the preview system: composition principles; grid; text sizes and heading hierarchy; fonts (1–2 main + usage rules); basic palette and accent colors; rules for using white, yellow, and black; rules for working with backgrounds (photos, gradients, textures, AI images, etc.); rules for cropping people (faces, half-figures, close-ups, emotions); distances, margins, safe zones; rules for placing text and logos; preview options for different types of videos (interviews, monologues, stories, Q&A, podcasts, etc.). Visual style: style of photographs (emotions, angles, backgrounds, clothing, colors); style of lighting (soft/contrasty, warm/cool shades, dramatic, etc.); style of cutting people (clean cuts, outlines, shadows, glow, etc.); rules for using Midjourney / other AI generators; when to use real photos and when to use generation; how to make the channel recognizable among dozens of competitors in the relationship psychology niche. Format of the result: structured PDF / presentation with Brand Book (guidelines, examples, explanations); working files in Figma or PSD with configured preview templates (several types); 10–20 ready previews for our real or test videos as a demonstration of the system.What Kind of Specialist We Are Looking For We do NOT need a designer who just makes things "look nice." We need a person who: understands what CTR is, how previews affect clickability and views; has experience working with YouTube (preferably with channels of 100k+ subscribers, ideally from 500k to 10M); can build a system of previews (a series of dozens of covers in one style), not just individual creatives; thinks through A/B testing: has examples where previews were changed, hypotheses were tested, and CTR growth was achieved; is ready to work with serious psychological topics, without toxic clickbait.
