We are manufacturers of profiled sheets and will be ordering profiled sheets made of polycarbonate N-60 and PC-20 in Israel, so that they are identical in geometry. To manufacture them, the producer needs to be provided with drawings with exact dimensions. We have the technical specifications (attached), but not all dimensions are included. Based on this technical specification, manufacturers have created drawings, but there are disputed dimensions, so we need to resolve the disputed dimensions or create our own drawings from scratch.
This needs to be done quickly.

Воно й не дивно, що розмірі "спірні" 0 там вказані різні товщини матералу. ТО ж має бути декілька креслень з розмірами для кожної товщини матеріалу...

Яким методом будуть виготовлятися цы профілі? Якщо екструзія - це один підхід -там треба надавати контур фільєри з усіма радіусами і т.і. Якщо буде вакуумна формовка - підхід до креслення трохи інший ( тоді треба ще знати розмір листа, який буде формуватися).

Я робив креслення для екструзії алюмінієвих профілів, то вони аж зовсім не схожі на те, що Ви показали як приклад... Раджу Вам запитати у виробніків ПРИКЛАД креслень подібниз виробів.

Точно з полікарбонату будете виготовляти профнастил?
Тоді це не прокатка вальцями, а екструзія через фільєру, тому товшина профнастилу буде інша (товща) чим оцинковка, звідси розміри будуть дещо іншими. -
Так, це екструзія, Так, будуть товще: Н-60 1,5мм; ПК-20 0,8мм.
А профнастил з металу завжди різний, від 0,43 до 0,8мм -

надайте це креслення.
