Почему-то мне кажется, что в данном случае нет смысла в аргументации, нужно просто денег срубить за проект и всех делов. Другое дело, что заказчик прямо в задании написал, что бюджет ограниченный - значит много срубить на заведомо не рабочий проект не получится))

Просто в рамках ликбеза на уровне средней школы - канал, в котором находится турбина/пропедлер, не должен после турбины сужаться, совсем вообще, иначе поток будет тормозиться, снижая мощность турбины.

Зробіть трубу, висотою наприклад від 5ти метрів. Чим вище тим більший перепад тисків тим краще потік та стабільніший. Наприклад таку трубу можна ставити біля багатоквартирного будинка. Діаметром наприклад 1м. В трубу встановіть не 1 пропелер а розділіть на 8 секцій і в кожну 1 маленький генератор. І потім потім зможете комбінувати включення від сили потоку.

Только проектирование - это работа, а не мысли о предстоящем "открытии".
Симуляция обычно стоит бОльших денег чем простое 3D моделирование, потому не вижу, кто возьмется за такую работу только по той причине, что Вам интересно в чем-то разбираться. Для Исполнителей нужна более "вещественная" мотивация.

Если сказать очень просто, то Ваше "буде багато роботи" Вам не подружить с "Бюджет невеликий". Ну никак, никому еще такое не удавалось!!
