My goal is to create NAVERO, the leading digital logistics platform in Ukraine. This is not just a transport company, but a technological service that connects clients, carriers, and businesses in one ecosystem. The main principle: the client does not search for a carrier — the carrier finds the client through NAVERO. The goal of the platform: * to simplify the transportation arrangement as much as possible; * to make the process fast, transparent, and secure; * to provide carriers with a constant flow of orders; * to build the largest network of carriers in Ukraine. But I want to add one important thing. Rapid growth depends not only on the program. It depends on whether the service is convenient enough that people will recommend it to others. I propose to create NAVERO as the Ukrainian equivalent of Uber, but for freight transportation. This means that the user opens the application, submits a request in a few minutes, and the system automatically selects the appropriate carrier. The platform should have: * a website; * a mobile application for Android and iPhone; * a personal client account; * a personal carrier account; * an admin panel; * online payment; * GPS tracking; * a rating and review system; * automatic calculation of transportation costs.
