простий HTML/CSS/JS сайт - Як мінімум потрібно додати ще PHP для того щоб працювала форма в попапі, а це вже як мінімум 4 технології потрібно задіяти, і Ви хочете щоб людина яка не один рік це все вчила та практикувала, зробила вам це за 1 тис грн?

Якщо вас лякає декілька рядків пхп мейлера, то нема сенсу відгукуватися.
А ще я вважаю, що комусь це може бути цікаво, комусь - ні.
Наприклад, я замовляв в тому році сайт за 4000 грн., на Ларавел. Хтось відгукнувся. Тепер ми співпрацюємо постійно, я оплатив роботи вже більше ніж на 60 000 грн.
По своїм спостереженням, більш професійні люди частіше роблять за дешевше, і роблять це швидко+якісно. Більше просять ті, хто не вміє, або не повністю вміє. Це не погано, кожен цінить свій час. -
є джуни які тільки начинають працювати, це як мінімум досвід та гроші) а ми знаємо як зараз важко джунам знайти замовлення.
