Delayed payment for a week without any logical explanations. The task setting is very vague and unclear. Requires doing additional work not specified in the terms of reference at the expense of the current project. Communication is once every 2-3 days, with several unclear phrases at night. Overall, a project that could have been completed in 10 days with normal communication has dragged on for 23 days.
