At first, the collaboration was normal, the client was in touch. Since the project was urgent, I completed the work in 2 days (the agreed deadline was 4), including revisions. The client received the output file. After a couple of days, the client wrote that he had problems with the layout and content and that it was my fault, even though another specialist was responsible for the layout. We resolved this issue, but the client never closed the project, despite not providing any further revisions or comments. The project was closed after I contacted arbitration.
