Bakyt Nurbashev (bahintosh) was great to work with. Clear technical task + examples, quick communication, and fair revision requests. Payment was reserved properly on the platform and everything stayed professional. Would gladly work with this client again. 10/10

We are collaborating for the first time (we set up the integration of Gmail ↔️ Monday through Make). The client is great:
1. Clearly knows what they want (lead automation, CRM).
2. Provides quick feedback and access.
3. Payment and reservation are instant.
We are currently working on the next integration, and everything is constructive here as well. I recommend them as a reliable partner for long-term projects! 10/10.

Vladimir is an excellent client! The task was clearly formulated. It was a pleasure to work: Vladimir was always in touch, provided all necessary access to cPanel and the WordPress admin without delays. The project went smoothly, revisions were agreed upon quickly. I recommend collaborating and will be happy to help with new tasks!

The task was set clearly and understandably. However, difficulties arose during the process that were hard to identify at the initial stage. Since I am focused on long-term collaboration, I did not impose any additional requirements from my side. The client approached the situation with full understanding and agreed to pay extra for the work done in full — that is, they value others' work. I definitely recommend collaborating. I hope we will continue to work on the project together.

Everything started seemingly normally, but there were difficulties right from the beginning. I requested precise measurements, but instead, the client only sent photos of the tape measure, where the dimensions in millimeters were poorly visible due to the quality of the photos. He refused to provide exact numerical measurements, only sending photos. Accordingly, it was already clear that the measurements might not match.
Later, he sent a layout, but there were also gaps that needed to be considered. I asked for measurements based on the layout, but I couldn't get them for three days — those days happened to fall on the weekend, but I was making design adjustments. After that, the client informed me that he would not provide these measurements, and we essentially started "shaping" the design without correct initial data.
I tried to work as quickly as possible and provided the first concept within the first two days. It supposedly was liked, but it turned out that the client had not provided more than half of the text. Despite my asking twice what the text should be, these questions were ignored. After the concept was ready, he decided to add the entire volume of text, which meant the design had to be completely redone. If the text had been provided right away, these problems could have been avoided, as it would have been taken into account during the development stage.
Starting Monday, new elements were introduced that were not in the initial brief at all. We added them, and I made adjustments as quickly as possible, explaining why things were done a certain way and why not. The communication was absolutely terrible: the client does not know how to communicate adequately, everything was in a commanding tone, with no respect whatsoever.
We agreed on a timeline of about a week, and after the design was developed and approved, it still needed to be printed and wrapped. That week has essentially passed. I asked for one more additional week, meaning a total of 14 days, to complete the work. In response, I received accusations that I "did not set such conditions" and that all delays were my fault. Meanwhile, I could not get any proper measurements, and on the same day that this message came, just a few messages earlier, the client sent new adjustments and asked to add elements that were not in the initial brief. Essentially, the technical assignment was being invented throughout the week "on the go" and was not provided fully at once.
The file was prepared for printing. Several formats were specified, and since such layouts are usually made in vector, I provided a PDF. The initial brief also stated that PDF, AI, and other formats could be used. The layout was printed, but after printing and wrapping, along with new adjustments, the client informed me that another format was needed, although this was not mentioned in the initial conditions. Because of this, I had to transfer the layout again and redo it: it was initially in Illustrator, then it had to be transferred to Photoshop.
Another problem was that the adjustments were sent not as a list, but one or two at a time. I immediately made them, discussed all points, but after that, new adjustments appeared. Even if I made changes within 20 minutes, the client only responded 2-3 times a day, constantly saying, "I'll look in the evening." This significantly slowed down the work.
In the end: the client does not know what he wants, cannot clearly formulate the brief, responds slowly, makes adjustments chaotically and in stages, which greatly prolongs the process. The communication was condescending, and overall, the work turned out to be very difficult. In the end, there was also blackmail — in order to "close the order," I was demanded to do another round of adjustments after printing, although this was not discussed in the initial conditions.

I felt very comfortable working with Dmytro. We had two calls at the beginning of the work and upon completion. This allowed for a deep understanding of the specifics of the activity. I appreciated the prompt provision of the main package of documents and additional documents. Dmytro is polite, open, and focused on solving his request. I was glad to collaborate. I hope my recommendations will be useful in the client's business operations.
