I understand that the response is accepted by the director and its speed does not depend on the client; however, it would be helpful to provide a response like "I will be able to provide an answer by such and such date and time." I appreciate clarity, and if there is no reaction for two days, while the client logs into the site and does not respond, it makes me anxious. Part of the technical specifications (about the symbolism) was written very clearly, which is pleasant, while the other part was not, and as a result, each of us understood this second part in our own way and differently. This is not critical, rather an experience and simply more work than expected. I did not like that you reworked my author's ornament into Shi. Wishing you successful projects in the future!
