The client gave me a script to work on (also approved that I could deviate from the script at my discretion), the material was shot extremely poorly (static camera, all wide shots, everything filmed from a great distance), no reference was provided, and the idea beyond what was written in the script was not clearly formulated. The work is quite unformatted and presented rather vaguely, which caused me to spend a lot of time selecting material and putting together something interesting according to the script. Additionally, I created the video with motion design, which is more expensive than the payment made by the client (I just wanted to accommodate). In the end, the work was done well and in accordance with the technical specifications, but the client still decided that this work did not meet his requirements and the level he expected. Reviewing: we did not reach a mutual understanding of how exactly the final result of the video should look.

It is not always possible to fully align with the client's wishes.

+ In my opinion, a significant part of the problem is that it was not known what information needed to be emphasized, what accents.

But I agree - there is room for growth regarding artistic level and communication.

The standard task on marketplaces is that intuitively and without knowing the admin panel, it will not be possible to create products and set up the cabinet's operation. And the cabinets are constantly being upgraded, adding and changing functionality.
It's better to consult a specialist and save time and money.
