The work on the project turned out to be more complicated than expected. According to the technical specifications, the cost seemed entirely justified. However, during implementation, a significant number of additional changes and requests appeared, which significantly affected the scope of work and the dynamics of its execution.

Despite the technical specifications being clear enough and containing examples, over time, new clarifications emerged that often contradicted previous ones. For example:
1. There was a request to add text at the beginning of the video - I placed it on the left, as in the example.
2. Later, there was a request to move the text to the center and add blur - I executed it.
3. Then, there was a request to remove the blur - I did, although it worsened readability.
4. Then, the idea to add a background was proposed - I implemented it, but the result looked contradictory.
5. Ultimately, I suggested returning to the initial version, which looked the most balanced, and this version was approved.

Such frequent changes created some uncertainty, which complicated the process and led to shifting deadlines. Part of the work had to be done outside regular hours, sometimes late into the night, including personal dates, aiming to finish everything on time.
It is also worth mentioning communication. In some situations, there was an impression of distrust towards my professional approach. Specifically, phrases like: "It was easier to do it myself" or "I don't understand what was difficult?" were heard — even though these were non-standard tasks not foreseen in the technical specifications.

And finally, I want to address personally to Sergey.

Allow me to briefly respond:
Strength is not only the ability to take responsibility and find solutions but also the ability to listen to the other side, consider circumstances, and look at the situation more broadly to make balanced decisions. Not every difficulty is an "excuse." Sometimes, it is just part of the process, especially in creative work.

Great client, I recommend for collaboration!

The project was interesting. Initially, I responded to a different project with different conditions. We agreed on the second stage, but during the task setting stage, a misunderstanding arose. Instead of a clear technical assignment, the phrase "hope to whip it up in 1–2 days" was used, and deadlines and structure were not fixed.

I started working: connected APIs (ChatGPT, DeepL, ElevenLabs), integrated voice-over, structured the stages, kept the client informed. However, after clarifications on the next stage and payment, there was sharp criticism, and the project was unilaterally closed. Despite completing part of the tasks, the dialogue turned into a conflict.

Payment was made, communication was good. But due to unclear expectations, lack of a final technical assignment, and clear role distribution, the collaboration failed. I hope that in the future, the client will specify tasks, deadlines, and interaction formats in advance. Good luck with future projects.

The project turned out to be a bit more global than expected, so more time was spent than planned. But at the same time, the execution of the project was very useful: various ideas, searching for interesting solutions, etc. The promptness of the client's responses to any clarifying questions from the performer, full trust in the choice of technologies by the performer, respectful attitude during the implementation of the project, and gratitude after its completion.
