Unfortunately, a very negative experience. The project, which was allocated 2 days, dragged on for a month because the client did not respond. I completed all the work we agreed on: developed 3 versions of the postcard, the client chose one and asked for edits, which I made. At first, she promised to show the work I did to her manager today, then this was postponed to next week, and ultimately she completely stopped responding to messages. After my appeal to arbitration, she immediately appeared, asked to make many additional edits, and then disappeared again, without completing the project. I appealed to arbitration a second time, after which the client promised to close the project, but did so only after a week, justifying herself by saying that in America things are done a bit differently than in Ukraine... In my opinion, waiting a month for payment when I fully completed all her requirements and made all the edits is, to put it mildly, too much. Don't waste your time and nerves on this client!
