Immediately after the collaboration, the client changed the feedback to negative. They said that all the products were duplicates and that I did not follow the specifications at all. Although this is the second project that I believed we completed successfully. My task was to check each product. I checked each product by name. But the client said that it should have been checked by article number, but even by article number, this product was not found. As it turned out, these products had completely different names. Also, it turned out there were issues with the attributes. The attributes that were on the supplier's website were too few, so sometimes it was necessary to sift through about 10 other websites to find the maximum. Although it was stated that

"Fill in the characteristics based on data from the supplier." In 1/3 of the products from the supplier, there were actually 0 attributes. By the way, after I added the maximum attributes to each product, I was pointed out additional missing attributes from products from the previous project. That's the situation. Before collaborating, I recommend clarifying all points.

I am satisfied with the collaboration. The task is clear and understandable, and there is more than enough time for completion. When working, you need to be ready for revisions; they will definitely happen. However, all revisions were logical and justified, and they took minimal time. The only thing I didn't like was the very long review process.

The agreement and project conditions were exclusively about setting up advertising campaigns on TikTok. The client had neither ready accounts, nor advertising accounts, nor a business manager.
- Since I am focused on long-term cooperation and results, I also offered to package the account and fill it for free.
- As a result, creatives and video editing were created, which subsequently brought views of more than 40 thousand.
Since there was no advertising account, we agreed to purchase one; I bought it at my own expense, and naturally, no one reimbursed the purchase.
The client is located outside of Ukraine, and I immediately said to be very careful when accessing the accounts, as different IP addresses could lead to account blocking, which eventually happened.
The client asked to set up Google Analytics and TikTok Pixels for an additional fee. This was done on the first advertising account, but no payment for this work was made. After the account was blocked, they said to do all the settings on the second account as well, and then they would pay. I did it on the second account, but in the end, no one paid. They also constantly asked for consultations on technical issues, although I provided all the necessary screenshots and tips, and I had already exceeded all promises by doing a lot of other work for free, aside from advertising.
- All inquiries, if they came, were exclusively at 1-2 AM Kyiv time. Even at such times, I found time to respond and consult.

Very nice collaboration, always in touch, the task setting was clear which helps in development, given the functionality this was a large project with the possibility of further scaling it. We will continue working with this client, I liked everything! I recommend it to everyone.
