The freelancer communicated very reluctantly and often disappeared. I do not recommend for launching ads on TikTok, may be suitable for SMM on TikTok.

7) Create chat bots for advertising.In fact, all of the listed was done.The question is how it was done.At the first stages, everything was not good, they wrote the audience (CA), what types of posts will be, what types of advertising campaigns, etc.Per the reason is that we have been presented a template solution for promotion in social networks.The scheme has been known for a long time, we invent a solution and sell it to everyone and already after the sale we introduce directions in it and adapt it to a specific business.I immediately want to note that I don’t see anything crazy in this, it’s a normal practice in this field of services.I work in marketing and I know how it works.The difficulties began with the first "manual" work on our project.The first alarming sign was that in the posters that were offered to us for agreement, the names of other studios and the incorrect location (we are interested in people from the left coast and the ads were addressed to the residents of the right coast, and this was known).Again, I worked with the same client and you want to get the drawings on it - please, I understand everything, but even check the text before you show it to the client.Such situations have been repeated several times.And it was all that Igor was always doing the way that he doesn’t understand what it looks like and just saddened.The launch of the ad was delayed for a month when it was launched it turned out that we had a month waiting for two advertising campaigns with 1 group of ads and 1 ad in each!With regard to the introduction of the routes, it was necessary to constantly remind and smoke Igor that he would do something.A typical situation, we agreed to make a post No number, the deadlines passed, we write about that we have delayed the task and in a few minutes we get blinded to the fast hand creative.Punctuality is generally a separate topic, we agree on calling at 9:00, 9:20 No game, 9:25 writes in chat about joining, not professionally.In general, it can be written for a long time, but the essence does not change much.The result.In general, I think Igor understands the promotion in social networks, knows how to adjust advertising, knows how to create creativity, more than that, good ideas and business thoughts were spoken during communication.But it’s all up in relation to the job/client, we’ve got the impression that our project took exactly 15 minutes after we once again ping Igor to make him do something.This approach in work is unacceptable.
