    The Blossom beauty salon had already launched advertising.
    Traffic was there — but the system was not.

    The budget was partially wasted, leads were expensive ($7–8 per conversation), and most importantly — there was no understanding of what exactly was working.
    We changed our approach.

    Instead of buying expensive leads, we focused on cheap traffic + the right funnel:
    advertising → profile → content → application.
    A person enters the profile for $0.09–0.13,
    views the content, warms up, and writes directly.

    RESULT: 259 clients, budget — $1816, revenue — approximately $6200, cost per client — approximately $7, ROAS — 3.4x.
