Тяжко працювати, бо Анатолій постійно зайнятий і з'являється на Фрилансханті раз на 3-4 дні, тому доводиться дзвонити, щоб нагадати про себе та повернути до переписки на Фрилансханті.
Але домовитися з цим замовником можна.

Верифікувала йому успішно з підтвердженням BOV один обліковий запис Google Ads, через який він рекламує сайт своєї веб-студії storm-media.com.ua. Знову ж таки: через постійні відрядження замовника терміни затягнулися з 12 днів до 34 днів, бо через відсутність суперадмінського доступу я прив'язана до деяких дій головного адміністратора, які просила його виконати згідно моєї інструкції.

А другий рекламний кабінет для freshcar.com.ua, який я повинна була верифікувати, створений замовником не так давно, і в одному з аналогічних облікових записів Google Ads для сайту freshcar.com.ua вже виникало найгірше блокування "Обхід системи", про що мене замовник не попередив до початку моїх послуг із верифікації рекламного кабінету для freshcar.com.ua.

Якби я знала про попередні блокування "Обхід системи", що стосуються цього домена freshcar.com.ua, то відмовилася б одразу від другого проекта, адже верифікація швидко привертає увагу модераторів Google Ads до рекламного кабінета, та не кожен контекстолог уміє знімати найважче блокування "Обхід системи", спричинене минулими порушеннями в інших акаунтах і деякими порушеннями на сайті (графічні заповнювачі зображень та фотографій на сайті, а також перекриваючі усю сторінку форми заявок).

Проходження другого етапу верифікації рекламодавця "Підтвердьте особу" ще ніколи не призводило до блокування "Обхід системи" : отримувалися, максимум, лише відхилення документів, якщо вони не влаштовували представників Google Ads, і помилковий блок "Підозрілі платежі" між різними етапами верифікації (який я знімала за 1-3 дні).

А у випадку з Google Ads freshcar.com.ua відбувся повний треш - на четвертий день перевірки паспорта на простому етапі "Підтверьте особу" прилетів блок "Обхід системи", хоча паспорт справжній, нормально сфотографований. І я вже третій тиждень намагаюся витягнути Google Ads із цього блокування, написавши шести представникам Google Ads (апеляції були недоступними з самого початку блокування).

Також просила замовника усунути два типи порушень на сайті freshcar.com.ua, але він їх не хоче доводити до завершення та намагається знову обійти правила Google Ads, щоб терміново почати покази реклами для клієнта, обравши, на його думку, більш легкий шлях - створити новий піддомен і новий Google Ads.

Хоча я передбачаю, що той самий контент сайту + не усунені порушення на сайті знову призведуть до блокування, як тільки настане черга верифікувати новий акаунт Google Ads, а коли цей легкий шлях знову призведе до блокування - це лише питання часу (так, можна тимчасово покрутити рекламу в новому Google Ads місяць-півтора, якщо раніше не спіткає верифікація рекламодавця, бо вона іноді призначається навіть новим рекламним кабінетам).

Працювати з Романом було надзвичайно комфортно. Його професіоналізм та глибоке знання своєї справи роблять співпрацю легкою та приємною. Він відзначається чітким розумінням поставлених завдань і відмінними комунікативними навичками. Рекомендую Романа для подальшої співпраці.
