We did not find full mutual understanding with the client, as no style references for the text were provided, only rather vague wishes. After revisions, we agreed that everyone has their own subjective vision, which does not often fully coincide. I am grateful for the collaboration and the closed project.

The task seems not complicated, the payment is adequate. Of course, in design there is room for subjective evaluation of "like-dislike." It's good that in the end we reached a compromise and chose one of the three proposed options.
In principle, we can continue working with this client, we can recommend them to others, but I will request the design brief in more detail, and not only for this project.

A significant part of the work involved non-design tasks: searching for content for informational pages, selecting and shortening information, verifying holiday dates.

Therefore, I poorly planned my time, which led to an inappropriate shift in deadlines.

The client is complicated in that they tend to constantly add new requirements to the order on top of those stated in the contract. In particular, in addition to the photo shoot of interiors/exteriors, color correction of images, which were initially listed in the contract, there were requests for re-shooting panoramic shots (which were initially agreed upon, but after completion, the client changed their mind), as well as constant requests for retouching actual or imaginary defects of the building (which were ignored during the preparation of the object for shooting), and this additional work was not included in the package of services provided in the contract. There is also significant indecisiveness from the client regarding the acceptance of the completed work and a visible reluctance to pay for work already done without additional unagreed, and therefore unpaid, services.

The client clearly formulated the task right away, which allowed the project to be completed quickly. Despite the fact that almost no questions arose, the client was always in touch and ready to answer any question. Satisfied with the collaboration!
