The project is closed, payment has been received. However, the collaboration left an extremely negative experience due to manipulation, outright deception, and toxic communication from the client.

The work was based on an hourly estimate and a technical specification that did not match the actual volume. The client initially agreed to pay for additional hours for the inflated volume but later went back on their word, trying to convince me that the work had already been paid for (only 3 out of 4 stages were paid).

Furthermore, the client communicated in a commanding tone and referred to my delays as "unprofessionalism." At the same time, they completely ignored the inadequate volume of tasks and the fact that their client initially came with a tight deadline and constantly changed requirements: first asking to add something, and then to remove what had already been done. Plus, generating endless photos that were "not right" and "not like that," even though I am not a content manager; generate whatever you want yourself. And the fair increase in price for the actual additional hours spent was referred to by the client as their "concessions" to me, which I supposedly "requested."

The client did not agree to my proposals to peacefully resolve the situation. They only fulfilled their financial obligations after blocking access to the layouts and filing a DMCA complaint. Considering the huge volume of work, the client received a finished product for a pittance, but instead of adequate collaboration, they preferred to behave like a fraud. I strongly recommend freelancers to work with them only on the condition of strict documentation of each step in the Safe, not sharing Figma (only screenshots), and not tolerating disrespectful behavior.
