Я ошибся с выбором исполнителя.
В php, js у исполнителя уровень treinee.
Задача была достаточно простая, (по сути копипаст методов с мелкими изменениями).
Перед началом работы я попросил оценить по времени, чтобы я мог понять цену. Услышал естимацию когда исполнитель уже потратил 5 часов о которых я не знал (да 2 часа на развёртывание проекта это приемлемо).
Исполнитель высокого мнения о себе, код джуниора назвал макаронами хотя Сам же пишет код ниже уровнем.
Перед началом работ не уточнил детали, хотя в конце говорит что я прошу доработки которых нет в ТЗ (редактирование картинок(удаление)).
На даном этапе рекомендую пойти на Ютюб и смотреть уроки по программированию, затем уже начать использовать доку.
Мне жаль что вышла такая ситуация. Но в этом и моя вина. Хочешь сделать хорошо - сделай сам, либо не экономь.
