Шановний замовник. "Лише візуалізація" - це коли є розроблений дизайн від дизайнера з усіма деталями, меблями, розстановкою, освітленням та матеріалами. Тобто коли вже все вирішено і погоджено, а візуалізація - це вже результат проведеної роботи. У Вас же нічого такого немає, то ж не просто візуалізація, а дизайн і візуалізація.😏

Олекса, от з яких мотивів у тебе утворилася цифра бюджету на проект ???
Судячи з непоганого ТЗ, найімовірніше, ти вже спілкувався з відповідними фахівцями у галузі дизайну і вони озвучували приблизні цифри.
Чому ти думаєш, що тут можна заявити такий, скажімо "нищебродский" бюджет ?

просто он в глубине души понимает, что он просто напросто деньги на ветер выбросит, ибо реализовать проект по визуализациям практически не возможно без должного уровня специалиста

Олекса, в том то и дело, что чёткого задания на визуализацию нет!
"кухню й залу якось треба візуально трохи розокремити" - это уже работа над концепцией, и занимает время специалиста, как и разработка кухни, подбор мебели итд, я уже не говорю про процедуру согласования, которая будет способствовать появлению вариантов планировки и коллажей!
3000грн - это оплата 2-3 рабочих дня хорошего дизайнера, Вы же предлагаете работу, которая занимает мин 5-7 дней, не увеличивая при этом бюджет.

Ты о чем парень. 😆 Если думаешь, что меня как то обижают отзывы душевно больных людей ты очень сильно ошибаешься. Но я смотрю ты не далеко ушел в умственном развитии, если веришь всему, что на "заборе" написано. Если б ты был немного умнее то зашел бы и проверил отзыв в ответ, его нет, потому что спорить с такими животными которые находятся в самом низу пищевой цепочки, себе дороже. Ты такой же???

Прекрасно что вы нашли исполнителя по вкусу (проверьте портфолио через поиск по картинкам в гугле, публичного портфолио тут нет). Огрызаться не стоит - вы не приложили уровень визуалки который вам нужен. Может вам в скетчапе набросок устроит. Отписывались по нормальной качественной работе от человека с реальным опытом , ну и с нормальным уровнем визуализации. Сейф вам в помощь и удачной реализации нарисованного.
