Мы с ним делали анимацию и адаптивную версию страниц для проекта - им были предложены различные реализации из которых выбрали наиболее понравившеюся.
Ко всему прочему, Виталий дает гарантию своей работы по верстке и, в случае обнаружения каких-либо ошибок, он без проблем готов их исправить.

При том, что в моем проекте были очень специфические требования - Валерий их выполнил. Кроме того - качество верстки отличное - все на своих местах и никуда не съезжает. Объемная работа была выполнена за 1 день.
