I will immediately note that I have signed the NDA agreement, so I can’t disclose all the details and give a detailed description of the interaction with the Company.I have a clear opinion on the account of our cooperation.I can’t say 100% that I don’t advise to work with this Company, but I can’t recommend it.Per in projects where you need to do only mechanical work without creativity and design decisions, the execution will be easier to the desired result by the buyer.The task of our project, just, was to develop a design solution.Until the beginning, my design ideas were positively appreciated by the Customer.At the stage of the first iteration of the rectum I fulfilled the recommendations on bringing the design to the requirements of the main Customer.However, the more I gave out the result, all new corrections appeared, but without the clarity and specification of the final result, and the task was in the format: "Do so that the customer liked."Through this approach, the project was extended three times longer than planned.After I completed the performance of the tasks clearly in accordance with the work plan that was agreed with the Customer at the beginning of the collaboration, we did not reach the final result that would have achieved the main Customer.The customer was offered for additional payment to continue to do new iterations of rights (which the primary work plan did not provide), which I agreed, but asked to close the project on which I have already performed the full volume of works that I received a refusal, and the accusation of the project failed.All this situation forced me to contact the arbitration, which I informed the Customer and was accused of disclosing confidential information, although this does not match the authenticity.Thanks to the service, this conflict has been solved positively for both sides.
