I pay and close without arbitration because the part of the task that Igor did not complete was done for me for free in 3 minutes.
I am sure that Igor could have handled it too, but he did not want to. In general, Igor completed the first half of the task, and for the second half, he suggested buying a module for 1600 UAH. Although it was done without purchasing the module.
