We are looking for an experienced freelancer to prepare a specialized dataset intended for training a neural
network for processing images of people and objects. The project involves creating a structured dataset with
paired images and corresponding annotations for machine learning using modern
technology stack.
The technical task includes processing source photographs of people in full height and images of objects using
Python and NumPy for computational operations. It is necessary to create semantic maps of body parts with
20 classes according to the LIP dataset standard, generate coordinates of key points of the figure in BODY_25 format
and prepare binary masks of objects. The main technology stack includes PyTorch for working with tensors and
deep learning models, OpenPose for pose detection and key body points, MediaPipe from Google for
semantic segmentation.
Image processing is performed using PIL (Python Imaging Library) and OpenCV for format manipulation, resizing,
and mask creation. Additionally, JSON is used to store structured
data about pose coordinates and annotations. All scripts must be written in Python following the principles of
modularity and the ability to automate the dataset preparation process.
The final dataset should have a clear file structure with separate folders for different types of data, correct
file names, and PNG/JPEG formats. The result of the work should be a fully prepared dataset suitable for
training a neural network for image processing. The freelancer must have experience with the specified technology
stack, computer vision, and an understanding of the principles of dataset preparation for deep learning.
