The performer reacted painfully to edits and disagreement with his vision. I had to overcome resistance. At a certain point, the performer burned out, stopped arguing or suggesting anything, and just finished the work in silence. However, this did not make the work worse; the final quality is excellent. The documentation and everything else is at a very decent level. So I don't want to lower the rating, as I believe this will improve with experience. I hope that for the next client, the performer will approach the work with the same enthusiasm he had when working with me at the beginning. I advise the performer to be more flexible and not to try to push the client. It is necessary to feel who is ready to give you the acceptance of all decisions, and who has their own opinion, and to work accordingly.
