Pros of the performer:
- Affordable execution price
- Open to communication, receptive to the client's comments (many edits and improvements were made)
- The dialogue is constructive

Cons of the performer:
- Delays in communication: responses came once a day, around 11:00 PM or 12:00 AM.
- Lack of feedback. The performer did not ask clarifying questions during the execution and acted at their own discretion. This led to unnecessary work being done, which I had to remove/delete, and critical necessary tasks not being completed.
- Failure to meet deadlines. The initially agreed deadline of "2 weeks" turned into a month, after which the work remained very raw. After discussing the necessary improvements, the performer indicated that they would finish in 2 days. The performer contacted me after 6 days with similarly unfinished work. Another 2 days later, the work was corrected, but still not completely.

As a result, I was put in a difficult situation with deadlines, where I had to finish a significant amount of work myself and correct inaccuracies on my own. This could have been avoided if the performer had communicated more and warned that they were falling behind the specified deadlines.

Illustrations for the textbook were commissioned, the work was done carefully and very nicely, in a uniform graphic style. Any comments were explained and corrected on an ongoing basis. The work was completed on time. I recommend the collaboration.

Angela is an incredible person and a very professional performer. Maximum attention to all wishes / corrections of the client and execution with understanding. Constant positive communication throughout the project process. Adherence to all deadlines and completion of previously set terms. The result of the completed project is better than the initial idea and expectations. I highly recommend Angela for collaboration.

The website development took longer than agreed. A sample of the site was provided, however, the final result turned out to be completely different. Some aspects required constant corrections, communication could have been better.
