HOW FACEBOOK ADS AND QUIZ FUNNEL BECAME THE MAIN SOURCE OF CLIENTS.
Assistance to military personnel, both active and retired, is not only socially important but also an extremely competitive legal niche. The task was to build a system that would provide a mass yet high-quality flow of inquiries from military personnel and their families.
Thanks to a comprehensive strategy that included targeting, retargeting, quiz funnel, and full integration with CRM, we managed to attract over 55,000 leads at an average cost of only $0.82. The total advertising budget amounted to nearly $45,000.

1. CLIENT AND TASK
Client: A law firm specializing in providing legal assistance to military personnel (appeals against military medical commission conclusions, reports, obtaining benefits for veterans, etc.).
Problem: The client needed a large volume of inquiries but faced the issue that leads were "cold" and not ready for dialogue. Managers spent hours qualifying leads, and the conversion to actual deals was low.
Tasks I faced:
- Build a lead generation system capable of delivering 100+ applications per day.
- Reduce the burden on the sales department through preliminary qualification of leads.
- Ensure full automation of data transfer from advertising forms to the CRM system.
- Keep the cost per lead (CPL) within $1.

2. MY SOLUTION AND WORK PROCESS
The core of the system was the quiz funnel. This tool allowed not only to collect contacts but also to segment the audience by type of problem even before contacting a manager.
IMPLEMENTATION STEPS:
Creating the Landing Page and Quiz: A concise landing page was developed, with the main goal of motivating the user to take a short test (quiz) to clarify their situation. The questions in the quiz were designed to identify the key issue (e.g., "Military Medical Commission," "Benefits," "Leave").
Setting Up Advertising Campaigns (Facebook + Instagram):
Targeting: We used broad targeting for men of the appropriate age across Ukraine, but focused on creatives that "spoke" the language of military personnel, addressing their main pain points.
Retargeting: A multi-level retargeting system was set up for those who visited the site but did not complete the quiz, with reminders and additional arguments.
CRM Integration: Each application from the quiz, along with all responses, automatically went to the client's CRM system. The manager, upon opening the lead card, already saw the full picture of the problem and could conduct a substantive conversation.
