We have been addressed by a customer who sells real estate in Ukr in several price segments.The primary task was to bring potential customers who want to acquire real estate.With the customer signed NDA, so personality, income and advertising creatives will not be displayed.Customer request : Create a system application stream for the sale of real estate.What we did:
1 .Analysis of CA and main competitors
The 2ndThey have developed the main strategy for the project.3 .Offer and UTP.
and 4.Design creatives and advertising messages.
and 5.They set up and launched advertising companies for the purpose of generating leads, quests and conversions to the site.Strategy of launch:
In the beginning, we divided our CA into several groups:
1 .Wealthy families in old age.The 2ndThe Investors
3 .Politics / Members / Lawyers
