The company had to sell 8,000 tickets for a business conference.I had to attract 10,000 leads at a price of less than $7 per lead.Before that I advertised 5 conferences, and I had an understanding of what to do:
- Registered Google Tag Manager and wrote a TZ with a programming code, how to install it on the site;
Install Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel in Google Tag Manager.And set the conversions that work when the user sends the form to the site;
- Established the transfer of expenditure data from Facebook to Google Analytics;
- Installed the transfer of sales data from CRM to Google Analytics.I have done this with the help of a programming professional.
- Found 3 auditories (administrators of Facebook pages, building, all people on Facebook) in Facebook advertising and 3-5 lookalike audits from the company's base.We ranked customers in the base according to the types of tickets they bought at the last conference.After that, various lookalike audits were made.I have always performed A/B testing in companies and group advertising. We started with 3 ads per group and ended up with about 30 ads per group.
- We had 8 speakers, and each of them was more or less popular in Ukraine. I tested each of the speakers in the ads and chose the 2 most popular and interesting speakers for people;
- After that, I tested the ad design with these two speakers. We also asked the speakers to record video invitations. Video ads performed better than text ads;
- Set up remarketing for people who were on the site 15, 30 and 45 days ago. Each of the advertisements had a different appeal to users;
- Remarketing to all users who were on the site at the time of the price increase alert. The company raised the price every month;
- The same remarketing worked in Google Ads;
- Set up a search campaign in Google Ads with brand keywords and speaker keywords. Conducted a video campaign for the audit of businessmen and remarketing;
- ROMI was about 250-300%.

Final result:
Google - 1790 leads
Facebook - 5517 leads
Instagram - 5580 leads
