1. CLIENT AND TASK

Client: Online school in a highly competitive niche (marketing).

Problem: The client was tired of the "rollercoaster" of launches. A system was needed that works 24/7, consistently brings in revenue, and does not require constant expert involvement.

Tasks I faced:

Build an automated webinar funnel from scratch.

Attract registrations at a cost no higher than $1.

Ensure a high percentage of webinar attendance (check-ins).

Achieve positive return on advertising investment (ROAS).

Fully automate the process from clicking on the ad to receiving the contact in CRM.

2. MY SOLUTION AND WORK PROCESS

We implemented a classic but carefully optimized autowebinar funnel through Facebook and Instagram.

Key elements of the system:

Traffic (Facebook & Instagram Ads): Large-scale advertising campaigns were launched to a broad but relevant audience. The main focus was on testing a large number of creatives (video + static) to find connections with the lowest cost per click (CPC) and the highest conversion to registration.

Converter (Registration Page): We created a high-converting registration page that clearly communicated the value of the free webinar and maximally simplified the registration process.

Nurturing and "Attendance": This was a key stage. After registration, the user entered a chain of reminders and nurturing content through email and chatbots. The goal was to maintain attention and maximize the desire to attend the live session. This allowed us to achieve a 48% "check-in" rate.

Analytics and Optimization: Every stage of the funnel was tracked. We clearly saw not only the cost of registration but also the final cost of one webinar attendee ($1.76), which allowed us to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns focusing on the most "warm" and solvent audience.
