Advertisement for the sale of real estate in Turkey Estate Invest
Client's request: to increase the effectiveness of advertising that was previously set up by their in-house marketer.
What was done:
- analyzed previous advertising results set up before me
- gathered a similar audience based on those who submitted a request on the official website
- collected an audience that visited the site but did not submit a request for a retargeting campaign
- wrote a brief for the designer to create advertising creatives
- created a quiz site with an estimate of the approximate value of real estate and a lead magnet (for registration, provided a catalog of apartments and houses in Turkey)
- set up advertising for different audiences with different advertising creatives on the official site and on the quiz site created before this
Challenges faced during the work: high competition, expensive leads at the beginning of the work. Thanks to the quiz site, it was possible to increase conversion and reduce the average lead cost.
Result:
In the first month, 3 contracts for sale were signed and negotiations were ongoing with 2 more people ready to cooperate, who eventually became clients in the following month.
