Problem: Previously used Google Ads and Meta (Instagram/Facebook), but there were no stable results. Needed to quickly attract customers.

1) Analyzed current campaigns and mistakes on Meta Ads.
2) Focus on Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook).
3) Testing three strategies: traffic to the website, lead forms, Direct/Messenger.

Results (Test Period):
1) 32 conversions: 11 on the website, 18 messages, 3 applications.
2) 385 clicks, 73,820 impressions, 42,789 users.
3) Cost per application: 7.90 USD.

Results after optimization:
1) Investments: 730 USD.
2) 114 conversions: 31 on the website, 81 via Messenger.
3) Cost per application: 12.41 USD.

Conclusions:
1) Best results through Messenger and Direct.
2) Optimization reduced lead costs.
3) Local businesses should focus on precise targeting.

Client feedback: The client was satisfied with the results achieved through our optimizations. In particular, he highly appreciated the responsiveness of the managers to inquiries and the high conversion rate of the leads obtained. However, it was noted that some clients scheduled appointments but did not show up, which the client believes is related to the managers' work on reminders. The client handled this task independently, taking control of the campaigns.
