Task - analysis of competitors in the "eyelash extension services" segment in Eilat, Israel to understand the market situation, identify competitive advantages for maintaining own positions and business growth.
What has been done - marketing research conducted among 2 segments of competitors, salons and private masters based on metrics approved with the client:
Block 1 Prices and services, quality of service:
- pricing;
- main services, packages, special and promotional offers;
- duration of procedures, waiting time for appointments;
- convenience and quality of communications (customer experience),
Block 2 Marketing activities (online) of competitors:
- which platforms are most often used for promoting their services;
- customer engagement and their activity;
- what content is popular;
- quality of page design;
- unique offers in activities.
What the client received: a structured report with data (with infographics for ease of perception) and conclusions, a final summary of the report, recommendations for next steps. Additionally, an analysis of the client's social media pages was conducted and recommendations for improvement were provided.
