Client: ART 55 - a Ukrainian online store for personalized merch: mugs, metal wall prints, t-shirts, and puzzles with anime, photo, gaming, and seasonal designs.
Goal: Launch the store from scratch across three ad platforms simultaneously and turn the budget into the maximum number of profitable orders.
What we did:
Launched Meta, TikTok, and Google simultaneously from day one
Built the funnel, tracking, and creative system for all three platforms in parallel
5+ months testing products and seasonal angles (anime mugs, couple mugs for Valentine's, March 8th mugs, t-shirts, metal prints)
Tested static, video, and UGC creatives - finding winning combinations for each channel
