Assembly of the extruder head components

The installation of key components of the extrusion head has been completed, focusing on the verification and adjustment of the mechanism for guiding the molten plastic during the forming process.

Project features:
- Precise positioning of head elements, including internal inserts
- Control of the tightness of connections, coaxiality of elements, and uniformity of flow.
- The installation was carried out considering the working temperatures and pressures characteristic of the extrusion process.
- After assembly, a visual and functional analysis was conducted to ensure uninterrupted material supply and the absence of deformations or pressure losses.
