Automated lead generation funnel in Telegram (Manychat)
Client's goal:
Attract users through advertising channels (Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads), guide them through a simple funnel for warming up and qualifying, and obtain valuable leads for services such as contextual advertising, targeted advertising, SEO, and other digital services.
My contribution:
Developed the complete funnel: designed and set up a multi-step flow from delivering a lead magnet (Secrets of Google Ads/Meta Ads) and assessing its usefulness, through in-depth qualification of client needs, to showing relevant cases and a final Call to Action.
Flexible conversion logic: implemented a flow for booking consultations and detailed data collection for personalized offers.
Follow-up and retention systems: set up two sequences for following up with leads who did not convert immediately, and a separate sequence for collecting feedback about the bot from converted clients.
Adaptive interaction: introduced logic for handling objections, transferring conversations to a live operator (Live Chat), and adaptive introductory messages depending on the user's source.
System infrastructure: configured Default Reply, Keywords for navigation, a tagging system (cf_) for detailed segmentation, and Rules for automatic notifications about "hot" leads.
Result:
Created and fully configured a functional Telegram bot in Manychat, ready to launch advertising campaigns. The bot provides automated lead generation, qualification, and structured data transfer, significantly increasing marketing efficiency and providing the client with a complete toolkit for sales funnel analysis.
