It has developed a web solution that represents a system of automated distribution of incoming tasks between operators for calling customers.Calls are made directly in the browser, without a third-party software through any SIP-ATS udp (e.g. Binotel).One SIP line is one operator in the system.The system itself assigns tasks to operators, it itself collects a number, it itself shuts down, it itself determines the cause of uncalled, it carries the task - the operator is not going to do anything.There are groups in the platform, and tasks are created in the groups.Task and groups can be created and edited both manually, via the system interface and automatically via webhuki (for automated order collection from online stores).There are 3 types of users in the system - operators, administrators and owners (administrators, which cannot be removed).Operators can only make calls (automatically or manually) and view the groups and tasks behind which they are attached.Administrators can create, delete users, change roles, create, change, delete groups and tasks.
