Automation of Tender Coordination (Bitrix24)

For the Company “W” a process of agreement with the following possibilities has been created:

different scenarios of agreement for different documents;
the possibility of conducting several tenderers on the basis of one TZ;
an intuitively understandable and simple interface with clues at each stage of coordination;
notification and automatic settlement of the agreement participants;
viewing all processes in the table form (with the possibility of filtration) by the following parameters: Variant of Harmonization, TZ (file), Version of TZ, Tender (file), Market Analysis (file), Tender Version, Market Analysis Version, Harmonization Status, etc.
Also, a training instruction was prepared for all employees of the company.
