Automation of the Agreement Agreement (Bitrix 24)
The task:
N’s offices are located in different cities of Ukraine, and the specification of the signing of contracts prescribes to harmonize the terms of each of them with different services and departments and in the shortest time possible.
When the task was resolved, it was important:
simplify the process of harmonization to simple and understandable steps (statuses), where everything will be intuitively understood;
be able to track the agreement process in real time and also easily find all the details of the agreements that have been before;
Establish a flexible system of notifications and time-outs for all participants in the agreement;
make instructions for use for all employees of the company.
